Join CCHEWe are a support group that offers many opportunities for homeschooled students to participate. Membership to CCHE ($25 annually) provides you with the option of participating in any or all of our programs. You do not have to come to co-op to be involved in our other activities. You may pick and choose your level of involvement based on the needs and schedule of your family.

How To Register Your Child in CCHE
Registration is available through one simple form. You may register up to 6 children. Please complete a second registration form for more children.

Members must complete the membership form.

Members must read and agree with Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, & Release (included in the membership form.)

$25.00 annual membership fee, payable via cash or check at our Kick-Off Registration event, or to a member of our leadership team. (Co-op class fees: Additional $15/month; Discounts given to paid full-time pastoral families and active military families for $5/month.)

Members must submit an annual Letter of Intent to homeschool to their county's Superintendent as well as provide a copy of this Letter to CCHE. Members are strongly encouraged to join both HSLDA (Home School Legal Defense Association) and CHEK.
Paid CCHE members receive a $20 discount when they join HSLDA (member number given for discount after CCHE registration.) HSLDA offers automatic withdrawal monthly payments of $10/month, but the discount does NOT apply for this payment option. Only payments made in full up front are applicable for the $20 discount.
**The discount is not for HSLDA members to receive $20 off of the CCHE membership. It is for CCHE members to receive $20 off the HSLDA membership.

Meet the Leadership Team
Everything is done by parent volunteers. We have two volunteer leadership team tiers who also serves as members of our corporation (non-profit, educational).
Tier 1 leaders are: Garna Donahue, President/Director; Carolyn Phelps, Assistant Director; Stephanie Long, Assistant Director; and Harry and Miriam Huber, Athletic Directors.
Tier 2 leaders include Stephanie Prewitt and Sharon Taylor, Mom's Room/Field Trip/War Room Coordinators; Kellie Atwood, Teacher Coordinator; Heather Rooks, Accounting: and Sarah Broady, Information and Technology Director.
